OK for overnight stay

Parking is well protected Reception stuff was very pleasant and helpful Location (for our needs) was very good and well within the range for everything we planned to visit

Double bad is fairly small, thus sleeping in two might not be that comfortable. Rooms are kind of dated and could be refreshed Price is somewhat high for the overall state of the hotel

It was all right for one night stay.

We stayed over the night on our way back and it was last minute booking. We were looking for a hotel with parking space in quiet area with restaurant for the dinner and breakfast in the morning and for those criteria the choice of the hotel was absolutely good. Staff were very nice and friendly. Dinner was good, but sitting area outside missing some ambiance.

The air conditioning was noisy and without it was too hot to sleep. Beds were clean but not very comfortable. Rooms need to be renovated.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was under construction, but this was no problem since everything was under control. The pool seemed awesome, I did nit use it my teenage kids did.

The room needed a refresh, especially the bathroom/toilet areas.

Good value for money but rooms need updating.

The breakfast was great. A lovely selection. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The communal area was recently decorated and looks great. The pool is nice and clean. The hotel didn’t seem to be in the nicest area however it’s very close to the tram line if you want to head into the city to explore.

The room itself was very tired. Such a shame as the main hotel is lovely bright, clean and modern but the room we stayed in really didn’t match. The location itself was quite built up. We stayed at this hotel as our flight back to England was cancelled late in the evening and we needed somewhere close to the airport to stay. We had 2 young children with us and there weren’t many selections on the hotel menu for kids.

- we liked the pool - we liked the free video games in the foyer - we liked the dinner

- that our door was hard to close & jammed every time we closed it. - we didn’t like how small the rooms were when you had 2 sofa beds opened. - we didn’t like the flies buzzing around at breakfast landing on the cheese & fruit - we don’t like showering in a bath - we didn’t like having to catch an Uber into town all the time as it’s just a bit too far away to walk to the centre of the city with kids. - if you are used to the high quality of a Novotel in other countries then you will be underwhelmed with this one. We were.
